Processing Times
- Orders received before 2pm AEST are dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Within Australia
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
- Standard delivery times are usually 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee and usually arrives within 1–3 business days.
- Rural and remote areas may take longer to arrive.
International Shipping
- We offer free shipping worldwide.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.
Pre-Orders
If you place a pre-order, your item will be dispatched once stock has arrived at our warehouse. Estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
