Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.

  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

  • UK & Europe: Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

  • Australia & New Zealand: Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

  • International: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

  • Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer.

Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities. These are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to your local customs office where applicable.

Pre-Orders

If you place a pre-order, your item will be dispatched once stock has arrived at our warehouse. Estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
