About Checkout+
Checkout+ offers two ways to give you extra peace of mind with your order:

Checkout+ Free Returns & Package Protection (UK)
When you select this option at checkout, you’ll enjoy free returns or exchanges on eligible items, plus full package protection against loss, theft or damage. If your order contains a mix of eligible and non-eligible items, only the qualifying products can be returned or exchanged, but package protection applies to everything. -
Checkout+ Package Protection Only
If your order contains items not eligible for return or exchange, you’ll still get package protection for your whole order, even though free returns won’t apply to those items.

Visit our Returns Portal and enter your email or postcode and your order number. If you need help, email hello@morganandreid.com.
Terms and conditions:
To be returned or exchanged, items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. If your order contains items that are not eligible, Checkout+ free returns and exchanges will only apply to eligible products in your purchase, but package protection will still cover your entire order.
