Delivery
Standard delivery is free on all eligible UK orders and usually arrives within 3 to 5 working days, fully tracked. Express delivery is Β£7.95 and usually arrives within 1 to 3 working days, on eligible orders at checkout.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in England. Prices include UK VAT, so there are no customs charges on delivery.
Dispatch times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed at the weekend begin processing on the next working day.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. If you cannot find your tracking information, please check your junk or spam folder.
Missing items
If your order contains several products, it may arrive in separate parcels. If part of your order has not arrived, please check your email for additional tracking information.
