Returns Policy
We want you to love your Morgan & Reid purchase. If you are not completely happy you can return your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, unwashed, and with all packaging and labels intact. This means no rips or tears to the packaging.
Return Options
- Online Store Credit: For the full amount paid (excluding shipping fees). Credits are valid for 12 months.
- Refund: A refund can be issued to your original payment method, less a $12 restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.
If an item is returned but is not in its original condition (for example, if the packaging has been opened or unpacked but the item is not stained or dirty), you will have two options:
- We can return the item to you at your cost, or
- We can deduct 30% of the product’s total value and process a partial refund or store credit for the remaining amount.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges if you need a different size or colour. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is not available, we will process a refund instead. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back for exchange, but we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item out to you.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email hello@morganandreid.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
- We will reply with the return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and send it using a trackable service. Keep your receipt until the return is complete.
Conditions
- For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of used bedding.
- Gift cards are non refundable.
- Measurements and colours may vary slightly due to fabric and screen differences. This does not indicate a fault.
Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, so a tracked service is recommended.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please email hello@morganandreid.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve this with a repair, replacement or refund as required and we will cover reasonable return postage.
Refunds and processing time
Once your return or exchange arrives and passes inspection we aim to process refunds within three to five business days. Exchanges are sent once the return is received and confirmed.
