For a fuller drape, choose the Queen (240 x 220 cm): 52.5 cm on each side and 30 cm extra length.
Extra length is how much longer the duvet is than your mattress, for tucking in or folding over pillows.

Every set comes with matching 48 x 73 cm pillowcases. Our sizes are named after the duvet, not the bed.

Queen isn’t a standard UK bed size, so our sizes are named after the duvet. Our Queen coverless duvet is the natural fit for a UK King bed. If your bed is sold as a Queen, measure it. If it is 120 cm wide, it is a Small Double, so choose our Double. If it is 160 cm wide, our Queen gives a 40 cm drop on each side.
How it hangs
Drop on each side
The drop is how far the duvet hangs down each side, measured from the top of your mattress. For the sides to be covered, it should be at least as deep as your mattress.
Drop on each side = duvet width minus mattress width, halved.

Before you choose
Tips for choosing your size
- For more overhang, size up: a King on a UK King bed, or a Queen on a Double.
- Measure your mattress width, length and depth if you’re unsure. Deeper mattresses use up more of the drop.
- If you share a bed, a larger size gives each sleeper more to pull up.
- Our coverless duvets don’t need a cover, so choose the size that suits how you like your bed to look.

Sizing questions
What size coverless duvet fits a UK Double bed?
The Double (210 x 220 cm). It gives a 37.5 cm drop on each side of a UK Double. For a fuller drape, the Queen gives 52.5 cm.
What size fits a UK King bed?
Our Queen (240 x 220 cm). It gives a balanced 45 cm drop on each side of a UK King. For a fuller drape, the King gives 55 cm.
What size fits a UK Small Double bed?
The Double (210 x 220 cm), with a 45 cm drop on each side.
What size fits a UK Super King bed?
The Super King (280 x 240 cm), with a 50 cm drop on each side. It also fits a UK Emperor (200 x 200 cm), with a 40 cm drop on each side.
My bed is sold as a Queen. Which size do I need?
Queen isn’t a standard UK bed size, so measure your mattress. If it is 120 cm wide, it is a Small Double, so choose our Double. If it is 160 cm wide, our Queen gives a 40 cm drop on each side.
What comes in a coverless duvet set?
The duvet and matching 48 x 73 cm pillowcases: one with a Single, and two with a Double, Queen, King or Super King.
How do I check the fit for my bed?
Measure your mattress width, length and depth. Take the mattress width away from the duvet width and halve it to get the drop on each side. For the sides to be covered, the drop should be at least as deep as your mattress.
