The Stretch Woven Comforter does not use a traditional tog rating, as it is constructed differently to standard duvets.
Traditional tog ratings are designed for cotton-covered quilts. Our Stretch Woven Comforter uses a breathable stretch-woven front, a smooth 100% washed microfibre reverse, and a lightweight 200 GSM fill. This combination creates a softer, more flexible warmth that feels cosy without heaviness.
How it compares to tog ratings
While it does not carry an official tog score, the Stretch Woven Comforter feels similar to an 8–9 tog duvet in everyday use.
It provides gentle, balanced warmth that suits mild to cool climates and sleepers who prefer breathability over bulk.
Why we don’t use tog ratings
Tog ratings measure heat retention under controlled laboratory conditions using traditional materials. Because the Stretch Woven Comforter regulates warmth through breathable fabrics and a lighter fill, its comfort is best described through real-world use rather than a fixed tog number.
